That tiny moment when your foot slips off a platform and someone fires a rocket right where you were standing, and the level erupts into chaos, that is basically the core loop of Gun Mayhem 2.
You sprint around small arenas, jump and double jump, grab whatever gun drops, and try to blast opponents off the map. There are pickups, crazy weapons, destructible platforms, and short rounds that end with someone tumbling into spikes. It feels punchy and stupidly fun, raw and noisy in the best way.
You mostly aim with the mouse and click to shoot, hop between platforms, and use weapons creatively to stage comebacks. The single player bots are decent for practice, but the game shines when you play with friends. Keep moving, try not to camp, and learn which guns knock people the farthest because that matters more than accuracy here.

Quick tip, try to control vertical space, jetpacks and double jumps are huge for survival. Also, most weapons have wild recoil so firing from midair or while sliding changes the outcome a lot.
