Swing Monkey

You click and the monkey shoots off a vine, the world blurs, and you hope the next branch is actually where it looks like it is. The first swings are messy, then you start to feel the rhythm.

What you do is simple, swing from vine to vine, grab bananas, dodge spikes and birds, and try to reach the big tree house at the end of each level. Controls are basic, click or tap to latch on, click or tap again to release, use left and right arrow keys or A and D to pump the swing for extra momentum. Space also works as a release on keyboards. Movement timing matters more than pixel perfect aim.

Playing feels loose and a little chaotic, like someone glued a physics toy to a cartoon and let it wobble. It can be goofy and surprisingly satisfying when you nail a long shot, and annoying when you mis-time a release and fall into spikes. The levels are short, so failures sting but you get back in quickly.

A tiny helpful thought, try to release near the top of the arc for the best launch, and use small taps to correct direction instead of holding a key forever. Some levels force you to chain grabs fast, so quick flicks beat holding steady.

It’s kind of charming and a little maddening, in a way I keep coming back to for one more run.
