Bloons Tower Defense 2
A tiny map pops up, green grass, a twisting path, and a neat row of colorful balloons inching toward your base. Cute monkey towers sit on the sidelines waiting for coins. It looks simple, but the chaos starts fast.
You basically buy monkeys, place them along the track and upgrade them so the balloons never slip past. Rounds come in waves, each wave gets nastier, and every popped bloon gives you money for more towers. It feels clicky and oddly satisfying, with a steady pile of little “pop” sounds that somehow keeps you hooked.
- Controls: mostly mouse, click to buy and place towers, click to upgrade or sell. You can drag placement and tap keyboard shortcuts if the version supports them, but the mouse does almost everything.
- What you do: set chokepoints, mix slow and fast shooters, focus upgrades on a few towers rather than spamming everything.
- Casual advice: put at least one cheap tower early to handle the first waves, then funnel your cash into upgrades. Block long straight paths when you can, it makes certain towers way more effective.
- How it feels: starts relaxed, turns tense later. Small triumphs when a last bloon gets popped are oddly rewarding. It can get a bit unfair on later rounds, but that just makes you try different setups.
