The opening screen is already half the fun, glossy supercars lined up like they’re posing, a giant island map in the background and a big button that basically screams spawn now. The menus are messy but fast, you pick a car, pick a spawn, and the map drops in around you.
You spend most of the time driving, drifting, and trying to launch your car so it does some ridiculous flip. There are ramps everywhere, tight parking garages for drifting, and wide stretches to build speed. Multiplayer means other players will shove into you, which somehow makes it better. You can also just mess around, crash into stuff, or try timed stunts.
Playing it feels loose and a bit chaotic, cars have weight but the airtime is floaty, which makes big jumps feel goofy and satisfying. I like that it’s more about fun and spectacle than realistic handling, so you get punished sometimes, but that just leads to wilder comebacks.
Controls are simple: WASD or arrow keys to steer and throttle, space for handbrake, Shift for nitro on some cars, R to respawn, C to change camera, mouse to look around in first person. If you want smoother drifting, use handbrake plus a quick counter steer. Camera switching helps a lot when you are midair or trying to line up a landing.
Little advice, don’t pick the heaviest car for learning stunts, lighter ones flip easier. Spawn away from the crowd if you want a clean run. And practice short hops before attempting that 360 off the big ramp, otherwise you will flip and watch the replay over and over.
