You load the game and the screen is a tiny blue sky full of pixel planes, little smoke trails, floating weapon crates and a leaderboard ticking up in the corner. It looks simple, but there’s always another plane zipping straight at you.

You basically fly a tiny fighter, pick up weapon crates, shoot other players and try not to get blown up. Controls are straightforward, the mouse aims and fires, WASD or arrow keys steer, and hit space or W for a short boost to dodge or ram. Click to shoot, stay mobile, and grab the crates that pop out of destroyed supply planes.

It feels frantic and very twitchy. Short fights, quick deaths, then you jump back in. It’s easy to get a streak going and then lose it because someone sneaks up behind you. It’s addictive and a little chaotic, which makes matches fun for five minutes or an hour if you let it.

Casual advice, try not to chase kills into a crowded spot, and use boost to break fights or to escape when low on health. If you see a supply plane, go for it fast, those pickups change the match. Learn the weapons so you know when to be aggressive or when to kite.
