Scritchy Scratchy is a free browser idle game about scratch cards. You buy tickets, drag the mouse over the gray coating, and cash in whatever symbols sit underneath. Lunch Money Games built it for desktop, tablet and mobile browsers, so it runs instantly with no download and no install.

Everything sits on a single screen. A balance hangs at the top, the shop lists the tickets you can afford, and the scratch area fills most of the view. Tickets peel open in different ways, and that variety carries the early hours. One card rubs off in wide strips while another hides prizes under little coins you clear one at a time. It came out on 18 March 2026, and the pixel art is loud in a good way, with gold coins, neon signs and a jackpot counter that is hard to look away from.

Runs are short by design. You scratch a ticket, collect the payout, and then decide whether to buy another one or save toward an upgrade. More than ten card types are in the browser build, each with its own rules and payout range. Some of them carry real risk. Luck upgrades are the smartest early buy. They tilt the odds on every scratch, and even a small boost snowballs once you are ripping through cards. Income multipliers come next, followed by speed upgrades that make each scratch take less effort. The Auto Scratcher changes the pace completely. Unlock it and the balance keeps climbing while you watch, and offline earnings keep counting once you leave the tab. Prestige is the long term hook. It resets the run and converts your progress into permanent bonuses, so the next attempt climbs faster than the last one. New players should not rush that reset. Build a comfortable balance first, because a prestige with weak bonuses feels like a step backward.

The game autosaves as you play, so a refresh usually keeps your progress. Some players have reported lost saves after big updates, and the developers are still working on that. The browser version is free, and a paid release from publisher Funday Games also exists on Steam if you want the full package without the browser involved.
