Hazmob FPS is a free online first-person shooter you can play right in the browser, with no download involved. You join a match, pick a gun, and fight real players on compact maps across team and solo modes. It works on desktop, tablet, and mobile, so a quick round is only a few taps away.

What a Typical Match Feels Like

Rounds are short and loud. You spawn in with a weapon, sprint down a lane, and usually run into somebody within seconds. The maps are tight on purpose, which keeps the action in your face instead of spread across a wide field. Egypt is sand and pyramid corridors, London is foggy streets, and the Zoo map packs cover into every corner. Sitting still rarely helps, since anyone who knows the layout will check the obvious angles. Sound does a lot of the work too. Footsteps and gunfire tell you which direction trouble is coming from before you can see it, and ignoring that usually ends the round early.

Hazmob FPS Modes and Goals

Team Deathmatch and Free for All are the easiest places to start, and kill counts decide those rounds. Domination asks you to hold points, Capture the Flag works the way the name suggests, and Search and Destroy slows the pace down with one life per round. Gun Race is my favorite of the set: every kill pushes you to the next weapon, so the final stretch turns into a scramble with whatever the game hands you next. You can also spin up a custom match with your own map, mode, and player count if the standard rotation gets stale.

Guns, Gear, and Ranking Up

You begin with basic equipment and earn experience as you play. New weapons and gear unlock as your level climbs, and upgrades change things like resistance to shots, agility, speed, and maneuverability. Cash and Gold cover purchases, while login streaks, missions, and a reward wheel keep the account stocked. There is more progression here than most browser shooters bother with, and it gives you a reason to stick with one fighter instead of hopping between games every week.

Friends, Clans, and Leaderboards

Adding friends is painless and worth doing, since you can organize team competitions instead of rolling with random squads. Clans cover the larger events, and chat runs through regional rooms, a global channel, and a handful of topic rooms. Leaderboards track daily, weekly, monthly, and all time standings, so there is always someone slightly ahead of you to chase. The whole social side is lighter than a full desktop shooter, and that suits the pick-up-and-play pace.

Controls on Desktop and Touch

Desktop play follows the usual shooter layout:

WASD moves your fighter, and Shift makes them run.
Left click fires, while right click or V aims down the sights.
Spacebar jumps and C crouches.
1, 2, and 3 switch weapons. 4, 5, and 6 trigger skills.
G picks up a gun from the floor, and P opens the leaderboard, pause menu, and settings.

On a phone or tablet the same actions appear as touch buttons around the screen. A movement stick sits on the left, fire and aim controls sit on the right, and jump, crouch, and skill buttons fill the space between them.
