The opening stretch is calm enough to learn the steering, then the course starts filling up. Pearls sit along the riskier lines, usually right where one mistake ends the run. That trade between grabbing them and staying clean is the whole game in a bottle. There is no timer and no finish line, so distance is the only score that counts.
Steering, Jumping and the Whole Control List
The controls are small enough to list in full:
- Left Arrow and Right Arrow move the board sideways.
- Spacebar or Up Arrow makes the board jump or glide.
- Adjust your direction before an obstacle reaches you, not after, because the water does not slow down for corrections.
A keyboard is the cleanest way to play, and the same build loads on a phone or tablet through the browser when you want a quick run away from a desk.
Durability Punishes Sloppy Seconds
One bump will not end a good run, and that is the design choice I like most here. The board carries a durability meter that drains with every scrape, so a single mistimed dodge is survivable while three sloppy ones in a row usually are not. It pushes you to ride clean instead of just riding fast, at least until a pearl shows up on a line you know you should ignore.
