Spank the Monkey
A common mistake is flinging everything at full power and then blaming the physics, when really you just sent the poor monkey into orbit for no reason.
The game feels goofy and a little gross in the best way, like someone let a kid design a Rube Goldberg machine and then added slapstick. You basically pick a launcher or weapon, aim with the mouse, drag back to set power and click to fire, then watch the monkey fly, ricochet, and collect whatever points or upgrades the level cares about. There are menus to buy things between runs, and levels that nudge you toward using timing instead of brute force.
I love how stupid some combos are, the ragdoll wobble makes every success feel accidental and hilarious. Controls are simple, mouse for aim and power, click to release, space usually restarts a run, and arrow keys can nudge things on some stages. Don’t be shy to tap for short shots, full power is not always better.
While playing you spend most of your time experimenting, laughing when it goes wrong, and tweaking power or angle. The pacing is quick, runs last seconds, so you keep retrying the same silly trick until it works. If you want one piece of casual advice, aim low and let the environment do the work, bouncing off a crate or wall often saves more than direct hits.
