Arrow Escape: Puzzle is a browser logic puzzle about clearing a grid of arrows, one tap at a time. Every arrow can only leave in the direction it points, and only when nothing stands in its lane, so the real work is finding the right order. It runs on desktop, tablet and mobile, with nothing to download.
A Grid of Arrows That Block Each Other
The setup is easy to understand. A handful of arrows sit packed on a board, each pointing up, down, left or right. An arrow slides off the edge only when its lane is completely empty, and since the arrows block one another, very little is free when a level begins. You look for the one arrow that can actually get out, tap it, and watch the gap it leaves behind. That new space frees the next arrow, which frees another, and a board that looked stuck starts coming apart.
Boards are short, often clearable in about a minute, which makes the whole thing a nice coffee break. Some fall open after a few taps. Others keep you squinting for a while. The pressure comes from the layout rather than a countdown, since the game is built around logic and move order instead of speed. Arrow Escape: Puzzle came out on 20 May 2026 and sits at a rating of 8 out of 10 from 10 votes.
How a Level Plays Out
You start by scanning, not tapping. Find the arrows near open lanes, deal with those, and let the freed room spread inward. Grabbing whatever catches your eye works for the first few boards and then stops working completely. A little patience goes a long way, and so does looking two or three moves ahead before committing.
Mistakes are part of the genre. An arrow that seems free can turn out to be walled in by one you already sent away, and the order you thought was clever leaves three arrows stuck against each other. Undoing that usually just means studying the grid again. The board never moves on its own, so you can sit there as long as you like, which suits the way this kind of puzzle asks to be played.

Arrow Escape: Puzzle Controls
Everything runs on one input, so there is not much to memorize.
- Left click an arrow with the mouse on a computer and it leaves the board in the direction it points, as long as the way is clear.
- Tap an arrow with a finger on a phone or tablet to make the same move.
- Each tap or click counts as a single move. If the lane ahead is blocked, the arrow does not leave, so the order of your moves is the puzzle itself.
Being an HTML5 game, it plays the same in a desktop, tablet or mobile browser with no keyboard and no setup.
