Steal a Car is a free 3D browser game where you run around an arena, snatch cars from rivals and build the best garage in the match. It plays instantly on desktop, tablet and mobile with no download, either solo or with a friend on the same device.

How a Match Actually Plays Out

Every match drops you into a 3D map with coins, tickets and cars scattered around. You wander, grab what you can, and sooner or later somebody comes for your ride. The steal itself is simple. Walk up to a car, hit the attack key until the driver is out of the picture, then jump in and drive off before they recover.

There is a slower path too. Marked spots let you buy a vehicle outright, which costs more but never leaves you standing in the open. Most rounds turn into a back and forth of shopping runs and ambushes, and I like that tension. You are never fully safe, even when your garage already looks stacked.

Stealing, Buying, and Filling Up the Garage

The garage is the whole point. There are more than 40 cars spread across eight rarity classes, starting with plain standard models and ending with legend tier machines. A couple of the top cars look ridiculous in a good way, including a jet styled ride and a skull covered retro build. Rarer vehicles also boost the income your garage generates, so one lucky steal early on can snowball into a much stronger collection.

Steal another player’s car after winning the fight over it.
Buy new models at marked spots using coins and tickets.
Defend your own cars when someone comes hunting for them.
Spend tickets in the weapons shop on bats, hammers, boxing gloves or even a candy cane.

Controls for Both Players

The controls are shared keyboard, so a second player can join without any setup. Player one takes the left side of the keyboard, player two takes the right side.

Player 1: WASD to move, Spacebar to jump, E to steal or buy, F or left click to attack, Shift to sprint.
Player 2: Arrow keys to move, L to jump, O to steal or buy, K to attack, J to sprint.

Solo mode sticks to the player one keys, and the same build runs on desktop, tablet and mobile whenever you feel like a quick round.

Weapons, Cosmetics, and the Small Details

Fighting is not only fists. The weapons shop sells tools that make stealing easier, and each purchase changes how you approach a duel. There is a pile of cosmetic gear as well, with outfits, wings, hats, glasses and tiny pets that follow your character around the map. None of it changes the outcome of a match, but it makes your character feel like yours.
