Break a Lucky Block!

Break a Lucky Block! is a free 3D obby adventure game in the browser where you smash rainbow lucky blocks, grab the brainrots that pop out, and carry them back to your plot for cash. It runs on HTML5 with no download, on desktop, tablet and phone.

What a Run Looks Like

You spawn into a loud, blocky map with lucky blocks sitting out in the open, and a guard starts hunting you the second you get close. So every swing turns into a race. The blocks crack in stages instead of breaking in one hit, which means you have to stand your ground and keep swinging while something big stomps toward you. That tension carries the whole game, and it works far better than it has any right to. There is no safe corner to camp in, and the guard does not wander off on a schedule.

When a block finally gives, a brainrot pops out and bounces around like it has somewhere to be. Catching it is only half the job. The other half is the walk back, because you cross the map with the guard still behind you and something valuable in your hands. Losing the delivery stings, and that sting is exactly why the next run starts so quickly.

Lucky Blocks, Brainrots and the Walk Home

Every block in Break a Lucky Block! is a gamble, and that is where the fun lives. Plenty of pulls are junk. A rare brainrot makes up for a whole pile of bad ones, so there is always one more block worth breaking before you head home. I kept promising myself a single last hit and kept going until the guard caught me. The loop has teeth, and I mean that as a compliment.

Delivering brainrots to your plot earns cash, and the plot slowly fills with the strange creatures you managed to bring back. Slime Time Studios developed it, the browser version landed on 13 December 2025, and it holds a 9.4 rating from 54 votes. HTML5 does the heavy lifting, so phones, tablets and desktops all load it without an install or an account.

Controls in the Browser Version

The scheme is standard for this kind of blocky world, and one run is enough to memorize it:

  • WASD or the arrow keys move your character around the map.
  • Spacebar jumps, useful for hopping a block or cutting a corner.
  • Left click swings your tool at a lucky block to break it open.
  • Dragging the mouse turns the camera behind your character.
  • Phones and tablets swap the keyboard for an on-screen stick and buttons.

Keeping the camera angled so the guard stays in view, not just the block in front of your face, saves a lot of wasted trips across the map. Learned that one the hard way.
