Sorry Bob

Sorry Bob is a free browser horror surgery simulator where you play Nigel Burke, a wildly unqualified surgeon trying to keep one patient alive. You crack ribs, yank out organs and fumble slippery tools with one shaky hand, all in first person. It runs instantly in your browser, no download, and it is built to go badly.

1Games.IO developed the game and released it in February 2026 as an HTML5 build, so it opens on desktop and mobile browsers without any plugin. The setup is a medical nightmare played for laughs. Bob lies on the table, you stand over him with one floating hand, and nobody ever checked your medical degree.

What Bob and Nigel Are Doing in There

You play Nigel Burke, and your job is simple to describe and horrible to perform. Every operation hands you a transplant goal, and the clock plus Bob’s blood loss are both running against you. The room does not help either. Trays rattle, lights flicker, and the tools have minds of their own.

Finding the right organ comes before touching anything inside Bob. You scan the containers around the table, grab the matching piece, and only then start working on the patient. Rushing that part is how a clean run turns into a crime scene. More than a thousand players have rated it 8.2, which tracks for a game people replay just to watch the mess get worse.

How a Transplant Run Falls Apart

The chest has to be opened with heavy tools before anything comes out. Swinging too hard drains blood fast, and so does every slip. Once the ribs are out of the way, you pull the damaged organ, toss it aside to clear your view, and drop the replacement into the gap before the blood meter empties.

Syringes are the safety net. Keeping one nearby and patching a bleed the second it starts works far better than trying to finish the transplant first. Clutter is the other killer. Old organs left in the chest block your view, and a blocked view means blind grabbing, which means more bleeding. The whole loop is less surgery and more controlled panic.

The Controls Are the Real Antagonist

One hand, five fingers and a keyboard mapped to individual digits is the joke at the center of the design. It never stops feeling wrong, and that is the point.

  • A, W, E and R control the pinky, ring, middle and index fingers
  • Spacebar controls the thumb
  • Moving the mouse shifts the hand position
  • Left click lowers the hand to grab something
  • Holding right click rotates the wrist

None of it is optional. A steady grip means holding a finger key and the correct mouse button at the same time, and that exact combination is where most operations go sideways. It pays to practice the grab motion on an empty container before going anywhere near Bob.
